Excellent location with Bayswater (District and Circle line) and Queensway (Central line) stations in close proximity. Hyde Park Kensington Gardens is also very close by. The balcony is great and you’re walking distance to bars and restaurants. The rooftop food is solid with friendly staff.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.1 for a two-person trip. The location was great and the staff was very kind and helpful. Well what can I say, we pulled up in the taxi and was waited by a doorman, who took our cases for us. Love the fact that it's a quick walk to both the Bayswater AND Queensway Tube stations, which makes it really easy to get back and forth around town. As a single, female traveler, I feel safe walking back to the hotel from the Tube station in the evenings. Bayswater is a really multi-ethnic, family oriented neighborhood with great restaurants. It's only one stop from Paddington, so if you fly into Heathrow and take the Heathrow express, you can then hop on the Tube and in one quick stop be able to get to your hotel.
